Okay, after being offline for several months, I've just noticed 's and 's comments.

But before I get to that, I'd like to sincerely thank those of you who bothered to take the time and defend me. It has really touched me and it has become my inspiration and motivation to continue drawing, despite my parents' disapproval. Although I will not post anymore works online anymore, I will still continue to improve outside of Deviantart. Back to paper and pencil for me, haha xD

If you're expecting me to flame you, you're going to be disappointed. xP I understand where you're coming from in your argument, and I do not mind taking down the other artist's works. I was oblivious then-- I just wanted to share those artists' great works, and I did not realize that it was wrong to do so that way. I thought that posting it in scraps would be okay, since, I thought, it was just scraps after all. After this post, if my brother lets me, I will completely wipe out my scraps. I'm using his computer to type this post, and he doesn't like Deviantart... lol.

However, if I said that your comments did not annoy me, I would be lying.

~YourOwnArt has stated in one of his replies that "All the works that were deleted were not drawn by her(me)."
Also, ~GreenPop has also stated that "Those 'original deleted works' are not around so all that there is too see is this girls gallery/scraps filled with officiar art and works that belong to other people."

If you look at my old entry below, I posted a copy of the message the Deviantart staff sent me, which included all of the images they removed. Those artworks are mine-- I made them. If you want proof, I'm sorry, I can't provide you with that. All of my files are gone along with the computer I used to make them. The best proof I can give you are my dearest watchers, and you can ask them if you like. It really hurts to hear someone say I didn't make them since drawing is my passion, and I would like to one day have a career in that field... specifically, a game artist.

All I have to say is that, yes, for my scraps I did violate the rules. Those should be rightfully taken down. However, that does not mean that my other works I actually made(whose titles are all that's left of them now) are also by those artists. Just ask my watchers. It's been a long time since their removal, but if they still remember-- I'm sure they watch TONS of other artists after all-- those images I uploaded into my gallery are mine. The styles were consistent, and it would be obvious if I tried to sneak in a work that wasn't mine. The only works that do not belong to me were the manga colorings and others that were posted in the scraps, which I thought was okay.

Yes, I was an idiot, but now I know. At least now with traditional media, people can actually see me draw the picture.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I will most likely not be coming back to Deviantart (I can't photoshop anymore, and I don't have anything to scan my drawings in). But just know that I'll continue to draw and improve, just like every other artist. Maybe when I have the money, time, and parents who wouldn't be around to insult my passion, I'll come back. But for now, I have to focus on school and getting into a college... *sigh* School always ruins everything. But again, thank you. Really. 8)

Practically my entire gallery has been removed for "copyright infringement."

WTH? I mainly post fanart and according to FAQ#572 ([link]), "The type of fan art which is deemed acceptable for submission are those work in which the submitting artist has done 100% of the work. This means that the artist had started with a blank slate and perhaps a reference (a pose, character, location, or other source) and proceeded to draw, paint, or otherwise create every line and place every color with their own hand."

=__= That's what I did!! And it still got removed. I'm okay with having the manga colorings deleted since those are Kishimoto's work anyway, but my fanart? I made those from scratch!! Do you have any idea how many hours of my life I spent on those?!?! Now I can't prove that I made them from scratch because they're on my old comp which is now TRASHED by my dad!!! D:<

And that's not all; even my entry submissions for contests were removed!! Since when was submitting entries to a contest copyright infringement?! Hell, even my one ORIGINAL work was removed (anyone remember my "Lolipop Witch" that I submitted for Halloween years ago?)!!
